What is your return policy?

Returns of new, unridden product can be made within 30 Days of purchase. Refunds can
only be issued to your original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in
cases where we have made a shipping error. We do not have an “exchange” process –
simply return your item and place a new order for the alternate item.
Please contact us via kl.service@klcycling.com where we help you arrange the return. Make
sure to add your original proof of purchase in your email.
Please make sure that your wheels are still in perfect condition and with original packaging.
Returned items will only be accepted if all labels and decals are intact, we can’t offer a refund
on any item that has suffered severe damage within this period.

Dealer returns

Please note that we can only process returns from purchases done via our own website. If
purchased through a dealer, we refer to that dealer’s return policy.

General return

You may return an item within the 30-day period following the item’s delivery.
Items purchased in the KAVULUNGAN online shop cannot be exchanged or returned at
KAVULUNGAN selected dealers.
Any item that you wish to return must be reported and sent in accordance with the returns
procedure as otherwise the refund may be rejected or delayed. Contact
kl.service@klcycling.com to apply for your return.
Any item that you wish to return must be delivered to KAVULUNAGN within seven days of the
request to return the respective item(s).
Defective items are exchanged for the same type of product in the same color and
specification, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items will be affected within 30 days
of delivery.

KAVULUNGAN is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss during the shipment.
