Carbon Fiber Structure Design and Development

Rotating Maintain Design:RMD
The framework of the rim is evenly distributed throughout the structure, which gives a greater inertia. The moment of inertia is optimized though precise structural calculation and carbon fiber lamination.
Solid Frame Design:SFD
Through the layup design of carbon fiber, the rim is strengthened and the tension of the spokes is increased, which enhance the wheel, making it stronger and more durable.
Strengthened U-Frame:SUF
U-area is the core area of the rim. The structure of the U-area should be designed independently. We fix the hook's shape and make it fitter with for tire. Of course the better thermal conduction and better structure for brake down.
Hyper Thermo Conduction
Layers and direction of carbon fibre yarn are the main reasons for heat conduction. Hyper Thermo Conduction is a unique technique to place carbon fibre yarn on the most effective way to becomes channels for thermal conduction.
Temperature Control;TC
Decrease the overlapping area of carbon fiber when laying up, can keep the temperature of the rim stable, avoiding overheated rims. Using the rim with specific brake pads can get better results.
3-9 Attack

There are 3 pawls inside the hub SHARP+ and 3 levels on each pawl. The contact angel can be descrease to 3.75 degree with the 48T driverand that can provide for a faster acceleration.

The new design Hub is using 6 pawls and 2 teeth with 60 ratchets set which will be engagement the angel between pawl and ratchet ring at 6 degree and that can provide for a faster acceleration and longer durabi.
